Increased capacity to handle all types of projects: We started out as a two-person job shop in 1973. Today we have 112,000 square feet of manufacturing capability in a controlled environment to work on any projects large or small and complete them quickly and efficiently. But we're not through. Plans call for another expansion in the near future.

Utilize the latest in laser and CNC-controlled machines: The Versa Genesis robotic laser, Bystronic's tower and laser system and our latest addition, the Toshiba BMC-1000 horizontal machining center are just a few examples of our commitment to quality. These combined with the best manufacturing software and our use of a "flow" concept of manufacturing deliver efficiencies few metal fabricators can match.

Quality: Demand for quality assurance continues to grow. Schuette Metals has used a quality program based upon the ISO 9001 system. We also use QSI software to ensure product quality. While this satisfies many requirements, it isn't good enough. Schuette Metals was granted their ISO 9001:2008 certification in January 2011. Watch for more information in the coming months.

Cost: You are under pressure to reduce cost in your products. We understand and are constantly looking for ways to deliver a quality product at a competitive price.
