Qualified candidate should have conceptual programming knowledge (G & M Codes) of CNC machines (tools, offsets, fixture coordinates), and must be able to set up repetitive run parts without assistance. This would include, but is not be limited to the placement of fixturing (vise, stops, clamps), assembly of cutting tools and holders, offset measurement (both tool length and fixture coordinate) and first run through and inspection from blueprint. Also, responsible for providing timely and accurate job information for job costing purposes. 3-5 years experience running CNC equipment is desired. Physically, must be able to lift up to 50lbs, bend, squat, twist, and stand for prolonged periods of time. CNC Press Brake Operator
A one or two year certificate from a college or technical school; or three to six months related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A qualified candidate should have the ability to read customer and Company provided blueprints proficiently, ability to complete necessary Press Brake set-up procedures, ability to perform routine preventative maintenance on machine and excellent use of measuring devices. The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to using job provided job packets to determine material and job run specifications, recording pieces and time of job using provided paperwork, proper marking of material to indicate job information or material characteristics and part inspection using our Quality Sampling Plan. Physically, must be able to lift up to 50lbs, bend, squat, twist and stand for prolonged periods of time. Powder Coat Painter
Qualified candidate should be able to set up and operate machine to powder coat products, observe machine gauges and equipment operation to detect defects or deviations from standards, and make adjustments as needed. Also should be able to turn dials, hand wheels, valves, or switches to regulate conveyor speeds, machine temperature, air pressure/circulation, and the flow of coatings. Willingness to clean related machines, equipment, and work areas as a daily task is required. Additionally, performing touch up coating with a hand spray gun, weighing/measuring coatings before adding them to machines, selecting appropriate coatings and preparing them by mixing substances according the formulas, using automated mixing equipment will be part of daily work. Physically, must be able to lift up to 50lbs., bend, squat, twist, and stand for prolonged periods of time. Weld miscellaneous parts per customer specifications. Complete proper job set-up, including changing wire, gas, general maintenance, adjust wire feed speed, amperage and temperature. Inspect parts per Company inspection plan to ensure dimension and specification conformity. Design jig or holding device, as necessary from miscellaneous pieces of material. Grind, sand or chip off any weld slag, weld beads or welds that are of poor quality. Ability to work with hot and cold rolled steel, aluminum, stainless steel and wire and flux core. Ability to read and understand basic blueprints, complete necessary welder set-up procedures and perform routine preventative maintenance. Ability to use measuring devices, such as calipers and tape measures. Must maintain a positive, can-do attitude, as well as work in a fast-paced work environment.
