Repetitive Welder
Second shift opening. A qualified candidate is required to weld miscellaneous parts in a repetitious manner, requiring the ability to set up the necessary voltage and amperage to provide quality parts. The weld abilities include G.M.A.W of .030, .035, .045 and .062 diameter wires, which meets or exceeds A.W.S. standards; oxy fuel cutting and plasma arc cutting. The qualified candidate must be able to read and understand basic blue prints, weld symbols, fractions, decimals and metric measurements, as well as convert standard to metrics and metrics to standard. Responsible for checking parts thoroughly per our Quality Sampling Plan to ensure the parts meet print specifications. Responsible for providing timely and accurate job information for job costing purposes.


Fabricator
First and second shift openings. Qualified candidates must be able to read customer and Company provided blueprints proficiently, work with hot and cold rolled steel, aluminum, stainless steel and wire and flux core, as well as be able to complete necessary welder set-up procuedures. Ability and knowledge to correct distortion or functional problems using machine assembly and fit-up is required. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to complete proper set-up, including change wire, gas, general maintenance, adjust wire feed speed, amperage and temperature; inspect parts per Company inspection plan to ensure dimenstion and specification conformity; check part status and location of necessary parts; make decisions on sequence of assembly, and if any fixtures are needed; assemble parts and tack weld together; grind, sand or chip off any weld slag, weld beads or welds that are of poor quality.
