Burn Table Operator
Set up and operate CNC Burn Table and Plasma Torch. Must be able to run parts without assistance.

Be able to determine material and job run specifications as well as down load program, start program and torch and adjust torch speed based on cut appearance and material thickness. Would be required to periodically clean slag out of table, replace water and material supports as necessary.

Must also be able to inspect part from blueprint. Responsible for providing timely and accurate job information for job costing purposes.


Painter/Blaster
Painter/Blaster should be considered a “finisher". Applicant should be familiar with all aspects of completing the finishing operations, sand and shot blasting, as well as various types of paint and paint application. Individual should have the experience of measuring tolerances in respect to mil tolerances, as well as verifying part is complete and correct with correct quantity. Applicant should be capable of “flexing” one or two work centers ahead or behind, depending on demand or schedule, which means the ability to either package/deliver material, as well as flex to the punch/drill/light assembly areas. Applicant must also be open-minded in regards to work schedule and work hours depending on demand. Applicant will be responsible for providing timely and accurate job information for job costing purposes.


Repetitive Welder
Second shift positions available. Weld miscellaneous parts per customer specifications. Complete proper job set-up, including changing wire, gas, general maintenance, adjust wire feed speed, amperage and temperature. Inspect parts per Company inspection plan to ensure dimension and specification conformity. Design jig or holding device, as necessary from miscellaneous pieces of material. Grind, sand or chip off any weld slag, weld beads or welds that are of poor quality. Ability to work with hot and cold rolled steel, aluminum, stainless steel and wire and flux core. Ability to read and understand basic blueprints, complete necessary welder set-up procedures and perform routine preventative maintenance. Ability to use measuring devices, such as calipers and tape measures. Must maintain a positive, can-do attitude, as well as work in a fast-paced work environment. Welder/Layout – Specialty Fabrication
This position requires a senior level of knowledge and understanding of a large variety of metals. Capable of weld requirements for large weldments with the addition of S.A.W. and G.T.A.W. Complete understanding of all types of prints, and the capability of transferring information from the print to the actual fabrication an/or assembly. Must have strong math skills with the ability to do algebra and trigonometry relative to layout. Mechanical background with the ability to troubleshoot and problem solve is necessary. Any electrical and hydraulic experience would be considered a plus. Responsible for completing inspection reports required by our customers and providing timely and accurate job information for job costing purposes.


Robotic Welder
Second shift positions available. Robotic weld experience and/or training desired. Ability to set-up an operation for a Robotic Welder. Ability to complete initial programming and revision of existing programs, as required. Weld miscellaneous parts per customer specifications. Complete proper job set-up, including changing wire, gas, general maintenance, adjust wire feed speed, amperage and temperature. Inspect parts per Company inspection plan to ensure dimension and specification conformity. Grind, sand or chip off any weld slag, weld beads or welds that are of poor quality. Ability to work with hot and cold rolled steel and aluminum. Ability to read and understand basic blueprints, complete necessary welder set-up procedures and perform routine preventative maintenance. Ability to use measuring devices, such as calipers and tape measures. Must maintain a positive, can-do attitude, as well as work in a fast-paced work environment. CNC Press Brake Operator
A one year certificate from a college or technical school; or three to six months related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A qualified candidate should have the ability to read customer and Company provided blueprints proficiently, ability to complete necessary Press Brake set-up procedures, ability to perform routine preventative maintenance on machine and excellent use of measuring devices. The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to using job provided job packets to determine material and job run specifications, recording pieces and time of job using provided paperwork, proper marking of material to indicate job information or material characteristics and part inspection using our Quality Sampling Plan.


Vertical Machining Center Operator
Qualified candidates should be able to program, set-up and operate a Vertical Machining Center. Use provided job packets to determine material and job run specifications. Record pieces and time of job using provided paperwork. Proper marking of material to indicate job information or material characteristics. Inspect parts per the Quality Sampling Plan. Qualified candidates must maintain a positive, can-do, service-oriented attitude, be self-motivated and maintain an acceptable attendance record.Basic math skills are also required.


Fabricator
Qualified candidates must be able to read customer and Company provided blueprints proficiently, work with hot and cold rolled steel, aluminum, stainless steel and wire and flux core, as well as be able to complete necessary welder set-up procuedures. Ability and knowledge to correct distortion or functional problems using machine assembly and fit-up is required.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to complete proper set-up, including change wire, gas, general maintenance, adjust wire feed speed, amperage and temperature; inspect parts per Company inspection plan to ensure dimenstion and specification conformity; check part status and location of necessary parts; make decisions on sequence of assembly, and if any fixtures are needed; assemble parts and tack weld together; grind, sand or chip off any weld slag, weld beads or welds that are of poor quality.


Machinist
A one year certificate from a college or technical school; or six to twelve months related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A qualified candidate should have the ability to read customer and Company provided blueprints proficiently, complete necessary set-up procedures, perform routine preventative maintenance on machine, use measuring devices, troubleshoot, maintain housekeeping, maintain a positive, can-do attitude and work in a team enviroment. The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to set-up, program and run CNC machines, run parts to pre-determined rates, use inspection equipment to check dimensions to ensure quality parts and make necessary changes to programming to keep parts in tolerance. Project Sales Coordinator • Manage Customer accounts regarding quotes, sales orders, and lead time. • Manage repetitive and non-repetitive quotes to due date. • Manage sales orders. • Be proactive in resolving Customer issues such as quality, shipment, discrepancies, pricing, past due orders, ship date, negotiations with outside suppliers (when appropriate), invoice issues, and expedite deliveries as needed. • Obtain correct pricing. • Run CSCN. • Attend Engineering, Production, and Customer Service meetings. • Understand the rules required to move the order completion dates. • Complete and return customer status reports. • Partner with Quality Assurance to respond to quality issues, corrective action status, or shipment issues. • Participate in Customer surveys. • Develop and maintain professional relationships with Customers.
