Burn Table Operator
Set up and operate CNC Burn Table and Plasma Torch. Must be able to run parts without assistance. Be able to determine material and job run specifications as well as down load program, start program and torch and adjust torch speed based on cut appearance and material thickness. Would be required to periodically clean slag out of table, replace water and material supports as necessary.

Must also be able to inspect part from blueprint. Responsible for providing timely and accurate job information for job costing purposes. Physically, must be able to lift up to 50lbs, bend, squat, twist, and stand for prolonged periods of time.


CNC Machinist
Qualified candidate should have conceptual programming knowledge (G & M Codes) of CNC machines (tools, offsets, fixture coordinates), and must be able to set up repetitive run parts without assistance. This would include, but is not be limited to the placement of fixturing (vise, stops, clamps), assembly of cutting tools and holders, offset measurement (both tool length and fixture coordinate) and first run through and inspection from blueprint. Also, responsible for providing timely and accurate job information for job costing purposes. 3-5 years experience running CNC equipment is desired. Physically, must be able to lift up to 50lbs, bend, squat, twist, and stand for prolonged periods of time. CNC Press Brake Operator
A one or two year certificate from a college or technical school; or three to six months related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A qualified candidate should have the ability to read customer and Company provided blueprints proficiently, ability to complete necessary Press Brake set-up procedures, ability to perform routine preventative maintenance on machine and excellent use of measuring devices. The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to using job provided job packets to determine material and job run specifications, recording pieces and time of job using provided paperwork, proper marking of material to indicate job information or material characteristics and part inspection using our Quality Sampling Plan. Physically, must be able to lift up to 50lbs, bend, squat, twist and stand for prolonged periods of time. CWF Powder Coat Line Workers
Effectively load and unload the automated powder coating paint line. Report any defects or errors that are observed on the parts prior to loading and upon completion of the painting process. Properly space and mark orders to allow for color changes and separations of orders. At times, masking, plugging, or bolting may be required in preparation for the system run. Lifting of up to 50 pounds may be required at times and assisting other team members is an absolute requirement. Laser Operator
A one year certificate from a college or technical school; or three to six months related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A qualified candidate should be able to understand the fundamentals of laser technology, should have the ability to act safely with lasers, ability to read customer and Company provided blueprints proficiently, ability to use inspection equipment, and must possess computer skills for control operation. In addition, math skills for calculating material usage, deriving dimensions, making adjustments, and converting Metric/English numbers. The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to set up of laser, identifying correct material, optimizing cut quality, loading and unloading material, and running nests. Physically, must be able to lift up to 50lbs, bend, squat, twist, and stand for prolonged periods of time. Project Engineer/Estimator
This successful candidate will have relevant experience and understanding of the cost and time associated with the processes and procedures required to take raw material and produce a finished product per the specifications on customer supplied blueprints. These processes and procedures include fabrication, welding, vertical and horizontal machining, and finishing. Candidates will have a minimum of an Associates degree from a two year college or university; or four years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Qualified candidates must have the ability to work within time constraints to meet scheduled deadlines and procedures. Excellent geometry and trigonometry skills. Proficient in CAD; 3D a plus. Blueprint interpretation and understanding of geometric tolerance is required. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills in order to effectively communicate and interact with co-workers, vendors and customers. Must maintain a positive, can-do, customer service oriented attitude. Job summary to include, but is not limited to reviewing customer prints and technical documents, creating bill of materials and shop routes, calculating requirements needed and creating shop routings, researching and supplying necessary pre-production detail or processes and holding meetings, using CAD or making sketches to prepare drawings and provide to production to accurately produce product, resolving problems or differences with prints or contract detail as they relate to contract fulfillment, executing proper change orders or requests, assisting production and quality assurance with problem resolution as they relate to part inspection and verification, improving quality and lowering production costs on repeptitive parts and processes, performing project planning and tracking and maintaining relative records in the Company database. Repetitive Welder
Weld miscellaneous parts per customer specifications. Complete proper job set-up, including changing wire, gas, general maintenance, adjust wire feed speed, amperage and temperature. Inspect parts per Company inspection plan to ensure dimension and specification conformity. Design jig or holding device, as necessary from miscellaneous pieces of material. Grind, sand or chip off any weld slag, weld beads or welds that are of poor quality. Ability to work with hot and cold rolled steel, aluminum, stainless steel and wire and flux core. Ability to read and understand basic blueprints, complete necessary welder set-up procedures and perform routine preventative maintenance. Ability to use measuring devices, such as calipers and tape measures. Must maintain a positive, can-do attitude, as well as work in a fast-paced work environment. Physically, must be able to lift up to 50lbs, bend, squat, twist, and stand for prolonged periods of time.
